Contest Rules for Survey Respondents of Past Pre-Employment Training Programs

  1. To be entered into the draw to win a $100 gift card, entrants must have previously participated and graduated from a past Performance Management Consultants Pre-Employment Training (PET) Program in Nunavut, Canada.
  2. All mandatory questions in the survey must be completed, and the entrant’s name and contact information included in the space provided when submitted.
  3. The survey must be filled out before midnight on Friday, January 29th, 2021.
  4. The contest winner will be chosen at random on or about Monday, February 1st, 2021.
  5. The $100 gift card can be chosen as either a credit for the local Co-op or a pre-paid Visa card. Due to Covid-19 and shipping times, the transfer of the prize will be electronic.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. PMC (which shall include its employees, volunteers, directors, and affiliates) are not responsible or liable for, and you hereby forever release them from claims pertaining to: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible contest submissions; (ii) telephone, electronic, mail, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of PMC that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.
  9. This Contest is governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario.  By entering this Contest, you are hereby atoning to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
  10. PMC reserves the right to modify, terminate or extend the Contest without notice in its sole and unfettered discretion by posting notice of same on our Facebook page.
