PMC is seeking motivated employers who want to meet their corporate objectives while developing the capacity of the Iqaluit workforce. This program will support both employers and employees over a six-month period with training, mentorship, networking events, and Inuit cultural activities.
You’ll get tools, resources and critical insight on how to develop an inclusive, trauma-informed workplace and increase retention of Inuit staff.
