Empowering individuals to reach their best

At PMC Renewal, we work with Indigenous individuals to help them overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Our culturally grounded services are designed to honor your strengths, meet your unique needs, and help you thrive.

Why supporting individuals matters

Challenges faced by individuals:

Many Indigenous individuals encounter systemic barriers, such as limited access to education, mentorship, and culturally relevant wellness resources. These challenges can leave people feeling isolated and underprepared to navigate life’s opportunities and obstacles.

How we help:

At PMC Renewal, we provide culturally informed skills training, personalized mentorship, and holistic wellness initiatives rooted in Indigenous values. Our programs are designed to empower individuals to overcome these barriers, reconnect with their strengths, and achieve self-sufficiency, personal growth, and pride in their accomplishments.

Let’s grow together

“I took a 12-week program with PMC in 2017. Prior to this program, I didn’t have a lot of hope for my future—in my personal or professional life. Taking this program had a huge impact on my life. I learned new skills and got confidence to apply for things and start asking questions to everyone.

I can remember on the same day, getting a job offer and also getting accepted into college! I was so overwhelmed that I cried tears of joy. Since then, I have graduated from college, gotten a great job and a few promotions. Now I am able to help other young Inuit gain skills and confidence in their own journeys.”
