
Kimberly Nichols
As a self-proclaimed geek, Kimberly’s background in marketing and training has helped round out the skills of the PMC team.
Her role with our Indigenous programs has primarily centered around training and marketing. Over the past several years, Kimberly has worked with First Nations and Inuit clients in Ontario, Quebec and Nunavut. She also develops marketing campaigns to attract Indigenous participants to apply to programs and services run by PMC or our clients, through channels such as Facebook Ads and print advertising.
Her technical skills have made her ideally suited as the lead consultant on major database development project which aims to identify training needs and employment opportunities for Indigenous communities.
She holds an Advanced Facilitation Skills certification and has been facilitating for over 15 years. She has facilitated many large and small groups in working together to make strong decisions while minimizing conflict.
Kimberly has been also been captivating audiences for almost two decades as a trainer and keynote speaker. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and make training informative and fun. She has a thirst for learning and is able to share that knowledge with others in such a way as to maximize understanding and retention. She has a Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys, and is also a Change Cycle™ Certified Trainer and an Extended DISC Certified Professional.
In addition to running three successful companies, she trained adults in the continuing education department at Champlain College Saint-Lambert.
